Horses captured her heart before she could walk—her great‑grandfather would carry her to the barn each evening to feed, sparking a lifelong bond that has shaped every chapter of her life.
That early love grew into a calling: to help people heal through the presence, intuition, and steadiness of horses. Alongside this passion, Britt's career in the franchise industry, developed strong business and finance coaching skills that taught her how to assess needs, guide growth, and support others in achieving meaningful change.
Today, she brings all these threads together. Through her deep knowledge of horses, her coaching experience, and the Draper Sensory Method, Britt creates a space where participants can find relief, connection, safety, and healing—especially those carrying pain on the inside. Her work allows her to live her purpose fully: serving others while honoring the animals that have been so integral in her own journey.
Horses are the quintessential embodiment of Grit-n-Grace. I don't see a time when I will ever stop learning from all that horses have to teach me. Sharing the healing strengths of horses with the people who come through our round pen is such a gift.

Penny stepped straight into her new role as a therapy horse like a champ! With her size advantage, she is capable of working with a broader scope of clientele. She already has clients requesting her for their sessions. She is such a gem, and in the year of the Fire Horse with her shiny red coat she is sure to shine!
